Through initial learning sessions, we establish a common framework with "Creating Powerful Partnerships: Seven Agreements for Accelerating Collaboration".

If appropriate, we recommend the most effective 360 degree tool from The Leadership Circle. The Leadership Circle Profile links individual style with habits of thought. Collectively the habits of thought of the group reveal the organizational culture. This tool is extremely useful for pre-merger analysis, cultural shift programs, leadership training and sustainable change programs.
