Authentic Public Leadership: Harnessing Passion, Purpose and Power in Service to Society
This 2-3 day seminar is designed for elected, appointed, and professional public leaders. From this engaging, practical and inspirational experience, participants will:

• renew their passion for public service
• learn tools and techniques for leading and working from an Outcome Orientation
• enhance their capability to coach and challenge as leaders
• deepen their understanding of how to effectively lead groups to generate alternatives for action
• cultivate hope in the midst of political breakdown
• learn and apply a behavioral framework for creating powerful partnerships for achieving results
• cultivate "authentic organizational politics" that focus on service and contribution
• create an initial action plan for moving forward on an issue or opportunity of importance

The seminar includes presentations, experiential exercises, and practical applications of Donna Zajonc's book, The Politics of Hope: Renewing the Dream of Democracy, David "Emerald" Womeldorff's The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), and their "Creating Powerful Partnerships: Seven Agreements for Accelerating Collaboration."

Leading Beyond Polarization
How we work together as public leaders to create healthy, vibrant and diverse communities in which we are all proud to pass on to our children is crucial. In this workshop participants will:

• assess their individual "Leadership Point of View"
• reflect on their contribution to political polarization and ways they judge others
• develop "authentic community politics" that focus on service and contribution

Creating Powerful Partnerships: Seven Agreements for Shifting How We Work Together
Growth and change are a way of life. People with differing viewpoints may go to battle with competing ideas for improvements. You recognize that collaboration is essential to vibrant, healthy groups and communities. You know "the way you've always done it" doesn't work anymore. So how do you collaborate, embrace diversity, and take action in a way so that no one loses? Participants will:

• learn the Seven Agreements that are the secret to successful collaboration
• reveal personal beliefs that sabotage collaborative efforts
• demonstrate an action planning tool for moving forward on important projects
