About
David Womeldorff
David
Womeldorff is a consultant, facilitator, executive coach, educator,
speaker, and writer. He is also the founder of Evolutionary Management
and cofounder of the Bainbridge Leadership Center on Bainbridge
Island, WA.
The
mission of Bainbridge Leadership Center is to support and facilitate
individuals, teams, and organizations in making a conscious shift
to leading and working from a vision-focused and passion-based orientation
for their lives and livelihoods. David helps clients cultivate collaborative
capabilities to create powerful partnerships, in order to enhance
the quality of their products, services, and work environments.
He
has consulted throughout the U.S. and internationally in a wide
variety of industries. David has conducted over 1,000 one-on-one
feedback, coach, and action planning sessions in his leadership,
executive, and organization development roles. He has facilitated
groups in areas such as:
- strategic
visioning and action planning
- cross-functional
team development
- managing
change
- learning
from experience
- organizational
capability and competency profiling
He
has extensive experience in designing and leading educational programs,
with a specialization in leadership development.
David
has served as Senior Development Consultant for Bank One Corporation's
Executive Leadership Development group, for which he managed and
co-facilitated their Leadership Development Program (LDP). Previously,
he was Consulting Director of Bank One's Learning and Leadership
Development, a corporate team of education and organization development
professionals, and Acting Director of Executive Education. He also
managed and served on the faculty team of their Leading Strategic
Change executive development program, conducted through the Darden
Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. In addition
to leading executive education experiences, David served Bank One
as an internal and external consultant, facilitating numerous groups,
including national conferences, in strategy and action planning.
David
is currently involved in the delivery of the Executive Integral
Leadership Program, an innovative program offered by University
of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business Executive Education.
He has served in leadership capacities on numerous nonprofit arts,
community, and human service boards. David currently serves on the
advisory board of The
Leadership Circle and is former board member of the Bainbridge
Graduate Institute, which offers a groundbreaking MBA
in Sustainable Business.
