This simple trilogy of Self, Organization, and Public Leadership defines the scope of our work.

Self Leadership: This work starts with exactly who you are today and we begin by clarifying where you want to go and who you want to be when you get there. The journey is unique for each person and may involve coaching, training, teleclasses and reading.

Organization Leadership: This work is intended for groups where successful collaboration is essential. We begin by identifying the group goals and unifying them into a common vision. The group is introduced to 7 Agreements which make it possible for the most diverse, contentious group to collaborate and take effective action.

Public Leadership: If you feel called to serve the public, this work is for you. We offer public leaders and their coaches, training, education and coaching for the express purpose of transforming our government and political system into an effective, collaborative and healthy group of people who serve the public.
